Do you have a special spot that is ready for a tree or two?
CFRP will be hosting a planting event and tree giveaway to commemorate Nov. 8th and provide resources to our communities for our continuing restoration efforts.
This is becoming somewhat of a tradition for us, and this year we are very excited to be able to open it up to any of the recovering burn scar area (Camp, Bear/North Complex, Park, etc).
So come get a tree! Or better yet, organize a "planting partner" group to plant a couple trees in your neighborhood or at a community site. We LOVE that!
For those of you who form a group, you'll get first choice of trees! We'll provide morning coffee, snacks, instructions, and compost.
You'll provide the location, labor and love.
Register for the giveaway OR sign a group up HERE!
